OUR LEADERS

The Haitian-American Foundation for Democracy’s Board of Directors, is composed of a stellar group of renowned men and women, all leaders who have worked in the community for over 40 years. They are committed in their capacity to elevating Haiti and its diaspora through public policy, service, community leadership and philanthropy. This brain trust offers a unique combination of individuals with extensive experience in social, political, media, health, law, economic and education sectors. HAFFD aims to cultivate the next generation of advocates with the skills, the vision and the resources to create holistic and sustainable change. Their goal is to serve as a beacon of equity and representation, uplifting sustainable solutions for the Haitian American diaspora and for Haiti.

Together We are stronger

ADC (Ayiti Diaspora Collaborative) is a collaborative of renowned organizations based in the US and in Haiti that reflects our community and that has been advocating on behalf of our people for over forty years. In partnership with the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, the ADC has undertaken a research initiative to propose a roadmap to harness the Haitian American collective power and amplify the voice of our vibrant diaspora. ADC will facilitate community-wide surveys and conversations over the next several months.

ADC Members include the Haitian American Foundation for Democracy, Sant La, Avanse Ansanm, Ayiti Community Trust, FOKAL, Haitian American Professionals Coalition, Haitian American Voters Empowerment Coalition, Haitian Bridge Alliance, Haitian Ladies Network, Haiti Renewal Alliance, Quisqueya University, and Replenish 509.
